Hello Jack,
As you read this, a Japanese fleet has already started its
journey toward Antarctica, where it plans to kill 945
whales — including 10 endangered fin whales — all in
the name of "scientific research."
These whales won't be alone. Greenpeace activists will be there
to disrupt the hunters and protect the whales from
grenade-tipped harpoons. But they need your help to make
their whale-saving mission successful.
Click here to lend your support.
After commercial whaling decimated many species of whales,
international laws were set up to protect whales from
extinction. But Japan has been exploiting a loophole in
the rules, killing whales for "scientific research" and
selling the meat for public consumption.
Greenpeace is determined to save these exquisite creatures, but
it will take more than courage. The Greenpeace crew will need
upwards of $1 million to make the expedition.
Every additional dollar that you donate means that Greenpeace
campaigners around the world and in the Southern Ocean, can
spend more time, energy and resources to work tirelessly to stop
commercial whaling once and for all. How successful they
can be – and how many whales will survive – depends on your
immediate help. Please donate now.

Greenpeace is committed to protecting whales from this senseless
hunt. And they hope that this mission and others like it will
cast an international spotlight on this cruel practice and bring
it to an end. But this is only possible with your support.
Please help Greenpeace protect these precious creatures of the
deep.
Will you commit to help save these whales?
Thank you for making a difference.
